Best Friends is a book about two girls who were best friends from their birth and they got taken apart, one in Scotland and one in England.

I loved this book and it is one of my favourites because there was a twist in the end.

My favourite character was Gemma because she is always getting into trouble. The characters in this book were very well described.

I would rate this book 9 out of 10. I would reccomend this book for girls from the age of 7-11.

Author: Jeff Kinney.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is about a boy called Gregory and his family.

To him, it seems that if   he steps outside he will have 'bad luck'.

Manny is my favourite character in this book because he is Greg's little brother who always annoys him.

They did not describe the characters much in this book, but there were pictures to help. This book is a short read.

I would recommend this book for ages of 9-13.
